January 21-22, 2005 - TransAfrica Forum in Collaboration with The Pan-African Activisit Coalition (PAAC), UCLA African Student Union, UCLA Black Law Students Association, and the UCLA School of Public Afairs present this conference on student activism and the African diaspora. Invited guests include Danny Glover, John Carlos, Dr. Ruthie Gilmore, Prof. Kimberle Crenshaw, Congresswomen Maxine Waters, Barbara Lee, Diane Watson and other outstanding progressive voices.
