Dr. Lako Tongun is an associate professor of International and Intercultural Studies, Pitzer College specializing in African and Third World Studies and is a Sudanese national.
And, on Friday, November 19, 2004, the UCLA African Studies Center will present a special forum on "Crisis in the Darfur, Sudan: Politics of Genocide and Ethnic Cleansing."
