Darfur: What's Going On and What Can We Do?

Lako Tongun, Gabriel Stauring, and Edmond Keller discuss the latest developments in the crisis in Darfur, Sudan.

The Darfur Action Committee of UCLA presents an informational forum on Darfur.

Speakers:

The Darfur Action Committee (DAC) at UCLA functions to raise awareness about the genocide in Darfur on campus and in the greater community.  The DAC calls upon the US, the international community, the UN, to strengthen their resolve and take effective and quick action in ending the ongoing genocide in Darfur and works towards these goals through various campaigns such as letter writing, fundraising, and educational programs and this provides students with tools to take action.  For more information, contact the DAC at darfur@ucla.edu, or visit www.international.ucla.edu/darfur.
