A public lecture by Ambassador Hatem Seif El-Nasr, Assistant Foreign Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt
Ambassador Hatem Seif El-Nasr is currently the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Americas and Organization of the American States for the Arab Republic of Egypt. Between the years 2000 and 2006, he served consecutively as the Egyptian Ambassador to Brazil, Lebanon and France. He previously occupied the posts of Minister Plenipotentiary, Deputy Chief of Mission, at the Egyptian Embassy in France (1996-2000), Head of the United Nations Department in the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1993-1996), Political Counselor at the Egyptian Embassy in Washington (1988-1993), and Member of the Egyptian Permanent Delegation at the United Nations in New York (1982-1986).
