The Bixby Program in Population and Reproductive Health presents a talk by Eleanor Roosevelt award winner Solomon Orero.
Dr. Orero, an obstetrician/gynecologist, is a founder of Kisumu Medical Education Trust (KMET), Kenya, which expands reproductive health services access. KMET received Planned Parenthood’s Margaret Sanger award in 2004. Dr. Orero also chairs Kenya’s Prevention of Maternal Mortality chapter and is a board member of Nairobi Women’s Hospital.
