Teach Africa is a special day long teacher-training program that will provide educators with tools they need to integrate Africa in their classrooms. The program will feature content rich seminars by experts in African topics, curriculum training as well as tips on using multimedia resources, to bring Africa alive in the classroom.
Program is co-sponsored by The Africa Society of the National Summit on Africa and Discovery Channel Global Education Partnership, US Agency for International Development and the UCLA's James S. Coleman African Studies Center.
