5K AIDS Walk for Minority Women and Children
9th Annual Southern California Regional AIDS walk hosted by Congresswoman Juanita Millender-McDonald and honorary chair, Mr. Lamon Brewster (World Heavyweight Boxing Champion), with cosponsorship by the African American Women Health and Education Foundation.

On-site registration begins at 7:30 AM; opening ceremonies begin at 8:30 AM with the walk starting at 9 AM. Sorry, no dogs, rollerblades, bicycles or skateboards are allowed on the walk route.
Raise money for a worthy cause and then enjoy live entertainment and refreshments after you walk!
Proceeds from the 9th annual Southern California Regional AIDS Walk (SCRAW) will benefit several clinics treating AIDS patients: Charles Drew Oasis Clinic, Harbor-UCLA Pediatrics AIDS Unit, T.H.E. Clinic, Watts Healthcare Corp, Long Beach Memorial Pediatrics AIDS Clinic and the Asian Pacific AIDS Intervention Team.

Cost: In advance, $25 registration fee; $27 fee for on-site registration on Saturday; $10 for students; children under 12 are free
