  • Arts, crafts and goods vendors from West Africa, the Caribbean, and the U.S. along with delectable African American cuisine.  

6:30 - 8:30 PM -- Program

  • African Drumming and Dancing
  • Gospel Vocalists
  • Visual Arts
  • Short Film
  • Spoken Word Poetry
  • Live Jazz featuring the Keschia Potter Trio
  • And more

Featured speaker:

  • Mandla Kayise of New World Education, a youth and community-development consulting firm that provides education and community planning services to numerous universities.  Mr. Kayise is an alum of UCLA.
