Filipino food, entertainment, art, and more including modern & traditional music and dance, martial arts, the annual vegetable growing competition, and Tinikling Battle.  Artists appearing include Faustino Caigoy, Danongan Kalanduyan, Joe Bataan, Rex Navarrete, FPAC 20 Artist of Excellence Awardee Lea Salonga, the Filipino American Symphony Orchestra, and 2011 Media Artist DJ E-Man.
