Burkle Center Fellows Program
Burkle Fellowships are given at the Senior Fellow level to distinguished leaders in the field of international relations and at the Fellow level to distinguished UC faculty to support research and writing for one academic year. Fellowships are granted in the early fall of each academic year and successful academic candidates may be awarded up to $8,000. Interested candidates should contact the Burkle Center for more information.

Burkle Center Research Working Group Grants
The Burkle Center funds working groups led by UCLA faculty for the study and analysis of significant questions of international policy and politics. The Burkle Center will fund up to two proposals up to $8,000 each. Funds will be dispersed to successful applicants by September 1, 2008. Applications are due by June 30, 2008.

Other Funding Opportunities
IGCC Funding for Faculty and Graduate Student Research
The Burkle Center serves as the liaison between UCLA and the Institute on Global Conflict and Cooperation (IGCC) at the University of California. IGCC provides funding for UC graduate students from all campuses through its annual fellowship, internship, and grant competition. IGCC also offers support for University of California faculty research projects in the form of individual faculty grants up to $20,000 and collaborative multi-campus faculty grants up to $40,000.
