Mr. Cohen-Tanugi has written several books dealing in particular with the digital economy, European affairs and transatlantic relations. He is a member of the French Academy of Technologies, sits on the board of several international think tanks and is a regular columnist for the leading French business daily Les Echos. He is also a frequent consultant to the French government.
