2:00 PM - Film Presentation: “Balcerowicz: All or Nothing”
The film documents Deputry Prime Minster Leszek Balcerowicz’s challenges in implementing very controversial economic reforms in Poland’s post-Communist era, seeking to end hyperfinflation and balance the national budget. Because of the absolute nature of his policies, they were a “shock” to the Polish economy. (60 min)
