Néstor Díaz de Villegas is a Cuban poet and essayist. Resident in the US since 1979, he is the author of several books of poetry: La edad de piedra (1992); Vicio de Miami (1997); Confesiones del Estrangulador de Flagler Street (1998); Por el camino de Sade (2004). Néstor Díaz de Villegas is a regular contributor of Letras Libres (Mexico) and he is the cinema critic for Encuentro en la Red. He is editor of the literary magazine Cubista.
