A public lecture by Horst Teltschik, Former National Security Adviser to German Chancellor Helmut Kohl

Horst Teltschik studied political science, modern history and international law at the Free University in Berlin. He held a number of important positions in the German government and served as national security adviser to Chancellor Helmut Kohl. Following the fall of the Berlin wall, he was one of the first to argue that German reunification was an actual possibility.
