
UCLA Blum Center's Inaugural Spring Symposium

The UCLA Blum Center will conduct its inaugural Spring Symposium to advance knowledge on efforts aimed at creating more equitable health in Latin America.
This day-long event will feature:
- A conversation with Deans from UCLA Schools of Social Sciences, Public Health, Law, Humanities and more
- Multidisciplinary panel discussions on migration and policy issues related to health in Latin America
- Collaboration among students and faculty to address emerging and unsolved issues related to poverty and health in Latin America
- Student poster presentations
- Presentation of UCLA Blum Center summer scholars
