Come join Cham authors Dohamide and Dorohiem to celebrate the publication of their new book, Bangsa Champa:  Tim Ve Mot Coi Nguon Cach Xa (Champa Ethnicity:  In Search of a Distant Ethnic Group), a work that explores the diverse and complicated ethnic roots of the Cham diaspora. (Sponsored by SEACAFE & Viet Foundation)

 

This book launching will include a reading of an excerpt from the book and an array of speakers including Vietnamese and Cham scholars as well as authors Dohamide and Dorohiem who will address issues raised in the book.

 

Note:  Most of the event will be conducted in Vietnamese.
