This Pacific Asia Museum exhibit features many of Mr. Chiang's recent works which combine traditional Chinese styles with impressionism. Subjects include contemporary urban and rural scenes and studies of temples and landscapes.

This JEASC organized seminar helps prepare teachers to incorporate more of East Asia's history, culture, politics, and economics into their lessons. Enrollment is required. Click here to see the program for the 1998 seminar. Financial sponsors of the seminar include the U.S. Department of Education and the UCLA Center for Pacific Rim Studies. Additional support comes from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Korean Cultural Center, the Consulate General of Japan, and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles.
