seminar on Art & British Raj is being held on the 24th Sept. 2002 in
New Delhi. This seminar coincides with an Exhibition of political cartoons
" John Bull to Mother India: A historic journey towards
Self-Determination" (1877-1947 being held from 23-25th Sept 2002.
This is first time that this kind of exhibition is being held on this
topic.
