Information:
We are seeking more manuscripts for consideration for the Spring 2003 Thematic issue, Teaching Asia through Popular Culture. Specifically, we seek manuscripts on food, movies, music, popular novels, religion, sports and other elements of popular culture that teachers and professors will find useful in teaching about Asia.

We are particularly interested in manuscripts where authors address aspects of Southeast Asian and South Asian popular culture that can be used in assisting students to learn more about those regions, but manuscripts dealing with other areas of Asia will be considered as well. Our new (and hard) deadline for authors who would like manuscripts considered is Monday, February 10, 2003. Interested authors should consult author guidelines before submitting manuscripts. Prospective authors may consult the AAS web site http://www.aasianst.org/eaa-toc.htm for the guidelines.

Submission Guidelines / Information:
Authors should send copies of their manuscript via email attachment, or mail two hard copies of their manuscripts to guest editor Keith Snodgrass and to EAA Publications Coordinator Andrea Green (see below) by on or before February 10th.
