Presented papers are published in the proceedings.
Presentations
are allotted 20 minutes with 10 minutes for questions. An
author may submit at most one single and one joint abstract.
In case of joint authorship, one author should be designated
for communication with the organizing committee. Abstracts
must be submitted in two formats: 3 hard copies AND an email
attachment (Microsoft Word strongly preferred).
Abstracts
should be as specific as possible, with a statement of topic,
approach and conclusions. Abstracts may be at most five
hundred words. The reverse side of the single page may be
used for data and references only. 3 copies of an anonymous,
one-page (8.5"x11", or A4) abstract should be
sent, along with a 3"x5" card listing:

paper title
(2) sub-field (functional, discourse, sociolinguistics,
phonology, formal syntax, semantics, historical, language
contact etc.)
(3) name(s) of author(s)
(4) affiliation(s) of author(s)
(5) mailing address (in January through May)
(6) contact phone number for each author (in January through
May)
(7) email address for each author (in January through May)
