This workshop provides a forum of presentations and panel discussions where teachers of the Less Commonly Taught Languages (LCTLs) have the opportunity to explore and share ideas on the development and the uses of new technologies in the classroom.

-Technology innovations and integration in the LCTLs curriculum
-The use of technology in the assessment of the LCTLs
-Techniques for using technology in the LCTLs classroom
-Online language learning

Sponsored by the Stanford Center for Latin American Studies, the Center for African Studies, the Center for Russian, Eastern European and Eurasian Studies, and the Special Language Program of the Stanford Language Center.

Submission Guidelines / Information:
Abstracts for presentations at the workshop will be accepted no later than April 15, 2003. You can submit your abstract here. There is no registration fee for this workshop. Presenters will receive a $200 honorarium.
