*There is so much I can use throughout the year. This one week lesson could easily be expanded to a full five week unit. I plan on continuing to insert Asia for comparison purposes, but to devote a full five week unit on the Far East bringing her into todays world. Doing this I will cover China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
