Professor Jytte Klausen (Brandeis University) will speak on "Headscarves in the Workplace: Anti-Muslim Employment Discrimination in Europe."

Klausen specializes in Comparative politics, Immigration and social cohesion and Europe.   Her most recent book is "The Challenge of Islam: Politics and Religion in Western Europe" (Oxford University Press, fall 2005). It will be published in German as "Die muslimische Elite in Europa" (Campus Verlag, February 2006).
