The UCLA Center for European and Eurasian Studies is co-sponsoring the 2006 Graduate Student Colloquium in Armenian Studies together with the UCLA Armenian Graduate Students Association.

The UCLA Graduate Student Colloquium in Armenian Studies is the first event of its kind - a colloquium organized by graduate students, for graduate students to present works in progress across the interdisciplinary field of Armenian Studies. The colloquium was first hosted on February 21, 2003 and was the result of months of planning by the ten-member graduate student organizing committee with the guidance of Dr. Peter Cowe, Narekatsi (Chair) Professor in Armenian Language and Literature.
