Three-day conference to promote trade and encourage small to medium sized businesses in Los Angeles and her 22 Sister Cities (Berlin is one of them) around the world to benefit from established Sister City relationships. The conference is organized and coordinated by Sister Cities of Los Angles, Inc. and the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, in cooperation with the U.S. Commercial Service, U.S. Department of Commerce in Los Angeles. The program takes place from September 20-22, 2006 at USC's Davidson Conference Center and includes an opening reception, tours of the FedEx hub at Los Angeles International Airport and the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro, as well as a closing reception at Paramount Studios in Hollywood.

Cost: $250 for program, $150 for one day
