A fascinating look at the titular popular movement, which occurred during the tense Ukrainian presidential elections of 2004. Faced with a biased media, a corrupt election process and the threat of violence, more than a million people stood up and refused to let their fledgling democracy get fleeced. Director Steve York makes the most of his embarrassment of riches, relating a political thriller that would surely make a great film if it hadn't already happened in real life.
