CEES promotes the study of Europe and Eurasia at UCLA, advancing innovative teaching and research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the dynamic exchange of knowledge about the languages, societies and cultures of this important region and its constituent countries.

We provide vital support for faculty and graduate student research and language training. We also raise awareness about important European and Eurasian issues through our lectures, conferences, workshops, and cultural events, which are available online via web-based publications, podcasts and videos.

CEES has been able to maintain its track record of excellence thanks to the generosity of individuals and organizations that have supported our programs.

We need your donations to help ensure the long-term health and vitality of CEES. All gifts, of any size, are tax-deductible and will help CEES to fulfill its mission and sustain its active programming.
