Video: Law, Culture and Collective Identity: Palestinian-Arabs and Jews in Israeli Law and Society

Through their publications and international activities, law and society scholars have studied and debated a range of issues and related topics significant to Israel. These include: state law, judicial review, communities, religion, the constitutional meaning of "Jewish and Democratic," human rights, citizenship, equality, minorities, ethnicity, gender and feminism, and Palestinian-Jewish relations amid a protracted conflict.
