On January 27, Danica Truscott and John Leisure, two UCLA Terasaki Center PhD students, presented their research to a group of professionals from the Japanese Business Association (JBA). Since 2014, the JBA has generously supported UCLA Terasaki Center students through the JBA Language Scholarship Program, which sends two students a year to Japan to further their research and Japanese language ability.
The UCLA Terasaki Center is deeply grateful to the JBA's support, and looks forward to many collaborative programs in the future. A write-up of the meeting and presentations can be found in Japanese at the link below.
