Natalia Konstantinovskaia

Natalia is a doctoral student specializing in Japanese Linguistics. Her current PhD research is focused on gender and pragmatics in the Japanese language. Natalia is particularly interested in the expression of femininity and masculinity in the contemporary Japanese language. Before coming to UCLA, she studied at Keio University and Far Eastern State University of Humanities, from which she received her BA in Japanese Translation and Interpreting. In 2014, Natalia completed an MA in Japanese Linguistics from UCLA.
