Deputy Blanca Flor Bonilla will share her experience as both a combatant in El Salvador’s twelve-year civil war and now as a member of El Salvador’s Legislative Assembly for the Farabundo Martí National Liberation Front (FMLN).  Deputy Bonilla will discuss the current socio-political climate in El Salvador and offer her perspective on the situation of Salvadoran immigrants in the United States.
