About the Speaker: Paulo Baltar is a Professor of Economics in the Institute of Economics at the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP, Brazil. He is a research member of the Trade Union and Labour Economic Centre (CESIT) and participates in the Global Labour University (GLU) Master Program. In recent years, his research is focused on structure of employment and income distribution.
