Ying-yu Chen

Education, 1993

Associate Professor in the Department of Public Affairs and Management at Kainan University, in Luzhu, Taiwan. Professor Chen was formerly the Deputy Commandant of Fu Shin Kuang College, and the Director of the Division of Military Eduation of the Taiwan Ministry of National Defense. His current research focuses on the effects of background characteristics and college experience on military career choices and personal development of ROTC cadets. Among Professor Chen's publications are four books (in Chinese) on military leadership and education.
