The Future of Artsakh: A Conversation with Foreign Minister Davit Babayan

The Promise Armenian Institute at UCLA hosted the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Davit Babayan, the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Artsakh, Lernik Havhannisyan, and the Permanent Representative of Artsakh to the US, Robert Avetisyan.

Foreign Minister Babayan led a discussion with UCLA students, faculty, and members of the community about the future of the republic following the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh War and subsequent events.
