A genocide survivor from the Van region, the historian, singer, and folk revivalist Hayrik Mouradian played a vital role in reviving Western Armenian music and cultural memory in Soviet Armenia.

This special concert dedicated to Hayrik's 120th anniversary features the UCLA Armenian Music Ensemble, the UCLA VEM Ensemble, Hasmik Harutyunyan Ensemble and special guests Narine Dellalian and Levon Mouradian.
