Asia in LA

A city on the edge of the Pacific Basin where Asian cultures meet and intersect with the rest of America, Los Angeles is both formed by and influences the globalization of the cultures, technology, business, and populations of Asia. Asia in LA is an annual one-day program that celebrates the ties between Asia and Los Angeles and highlights the work of UCLA faculty, students, and leaders in the local community that enriches our understanding of the people, cultures, and histories of Asia.
