The Korean American Coalition welcomes applications for the 40th National College Leadership Conference (NCLC). As the longest-running annual leadership conference for Korean American students in the United States, NCLC strives to educate and inspire future leaders of the Korean American community.

The KAC National College Leadership Conference is an opportunity for young Korean Americans to meet established professionals in their field of interest, learn essential leadership skills to assist them in their future professions, and make friends of other bright, ambitious Korean Americans. The Leadership Conference builds awareness of current and past issues facing the Korean American community, with an emphasis on the importance of participation and the appreciation of cultural identity and roots. Past speakers include World Bank President Jim Yong Kim and Korean American Actor Ki Hong Lee (Maze Runner).

The 2020 Conference will run from June 22 to June 26, 2020 at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.

The early bird application deadline is Friday, April 10, and the regular application deadline is Friday, April 17. KAC will also provide scholarships for students who demonstrate financial aid as well.
