To commemorate the 574th anniversary of Hangul Day on October 9, 2020, the Korean Cultural Center, Los Angeles (KCCLA) and the King Sejong Institute Center, USA (KSICUSA) are hosting the 2020 Online Korean Speech Contest.
The competition will be divided into Introductory/Basic and Intermediate/Advanced levels. Contestants must submit video entries by October 9, 2020 through e-mail. The theme may be on any topic of choice related to the Korean language or culture.
To enter the contest, you must be at least 18 years of age and must be a King Sejong Institute student in the US or a Korean learner in the US whose native language is not Korean. There are various prizes for the top 3 winners as well as other participants.
