CMED is proud to be in the 14th edition of the annual conference, Enriching the Middle East's Economic Future, in Doha, Qatar.
The annual event, held under the auspices of the Foreign Ministry of the State of Qatar, has grown into an internationally recognized forum for civil servants, business leaders, financial practitioners, journalists, and academics dealing with current economic, political, and diplomatic issues. Experts bring their perspectives to pressing global policy issues and Middle East concerns, while simultaneously conducting research, private business, and interchange. Last year, participants from over 70 countries attended.
The conference has become a landmark for its international influence, dealing with a broad scale of issues. Several highlights include the examination of the role of outside states in the region; the importance of expanding innovative forms of economic growth; the effect of the technological revolution and cybersecurity; and the influence of the next generation in the Middle East.
