Nuclear Weapons in a New Century: Facing the Emerging Challenges, Day Two


This two-day conference, hosted by Gen. Wesley Clark, Ret. and Prof. Kal Raustiala aims to explore the breadth of the nuclear challenges facing the international order today and to recommend key azimuths for further study. Opening Keynote address, will be held March 6th, by former Secretary of Defense William Perry.
