To arrange for extra chairs, tables, table-skirts, etc. for Conferences and Lecture Series events contact Facilities and submit an FSR.
For weekend events, it is a good idea to contact facilities to let them now an event it taking place.
You can place a Facilities Service Request to make sure all appropriate doors and elevators are unlocked and accessible.
