Dr. Gyaltsen received an undergraduate degree in Buddhist and Sanskrit studies from the Chinese Higher Academy of Tibetan Buddhist Studies, in Beijing. He has also studied at the School of International Training (in Brattleboro, VT), where he received a master’s degree in international and intercultural management, and at the ASEAN Institute for Health Development at Mahidol University, Thailand, where he recevied the master’s degree in primary healthcare management.
