César Nije


César Nije is a UCLA s​​enior undergraduate​ majoring in Political Science and minoring in Education and Latin American Studies. He is currently an editor for The Generation and an intern at Mayor Garcetti's O​ffice of Economic Development specializing​ in Veteran Affairs. For his undergraduate thesis, he is focusing on the impact of development aid in combati​ng transnational criminal organizations. In the past he has served as a Public Policy and International Affairs (PPIA) fellow at Princeton University and legal immigration intern at Ayuda, the most well known non-profit in Washington, D.C. dedicated to providing a wide range of immigration and family law assistance to all DC area immigrants.
