Professor Emeritus and Director, Special Academic Cooperative Projects
Samuel Aroni is Professor Emeritus of the Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning. He publishes widely in the fields of structures, concrete material, statistical methods, building systems, housing, and earthquakes. He was awarded the Medal of the City of Paris in June 1999 for his work with INRUDA (International Network on the Role of Universities in Developing Areas).
Professor Aroni is director of the UCLA linkage program with the Ben Gurion University of the Negev, Beersheva, Israel.
