Faculty

Since its establishment in 1999, the CSEAS has worked closely with the university to build an outstanding group of faculty. Four new full-time faculty members have been hired, and at least two more are due to be recruited in the near future. There are currently more than twenty faculty in over a dozen different disciplines and professional schools affiliated with the CSEAS, making UCLA one of the leading centers for research and teaching on Southeast Asia in the country.
