Under the supervision of the Beijing Municipal Foreign Economic Relations and Trade Commission, the Foreign Enterprise Services Corporation (FESCO) provides human resource services to both foreign enterprises and domestic clients. The services FESCO offers to foreign commercial clients include: legal assistance, investment advice, a commercial agency, notary services, and public relations aid. The Person Talent Consulting Service Corporation, established in June 1995, is part of FESCO.  Sponsored by the Beijing Foreign Enterprises Service Corporation, the Person Talent Consulting Service Corporation is a specialized personnel organization, authorized by the Beijing government to provide personnel services to a variety of enterprises in China. This consulting company’s scope of business includes:  the provision of qualified personnel to Sino-Foreign Enterprises through head-hunting services; finding temporary workers as well; handling job-hunting and recruiting registration; providing job information and consulting services on personnel affairs; offering a re-study training program both at home and abroad. The website’s clickable links are uneven in the information they provide. The link describing the firm’s training seminars, for instance, is well organized, informative, and detailed, while the link for real estate information contains only contact numbers. The web page provides e-commerce services as follows: an online shopping center, an online sample sale, and an online factory outlet. The website’s search engine allows suppliers and buyers to post, view, and take advantage of timely business opportunities. An information search of products or companies is available in either English or Chinese (GB5 or Big5), and by key words or by categories. Membership is necessary for consultation services. Services to buyer members are free of charge at present, unless a selection of optional services is made.
