Meeting Room Reservations

As we all know, finding a location for events is often the most difficult part of conference planning. As soon as you have a confirmed date, reserve your room!

At the UCLA International Institute two meeting rooms are available.

  1. International Institute Conference Room, 11377 Bunche Hall
  2. CNES Library, 10383 Bunche Hall

Please reserve rooms using the meeting room reservation tool in the portal.

Other rooms available on campus:

  1. Check this page for a searchable list of UCLA Conference and Seminar Rooms available for reservations. The list is searchable by Indoor/Outdoor location, Set-up Style, and Capacity.
  2. Royce Hall 306 and 314 (Free to Humanities Affiliated Faculty, or Co-Sponsored Events)

Please make sure to check venue cancelation policies, and to follow-up on cancelled events asap to avoid cancellation fees.
