Most events will require some form of catering, whether it be a small breakfast, or several meals throughout the day. The following catering companies have proved reliable, reasonable, and of decent quality.

In addition to catering your conference/lecture series, it is customary to invite the speaker(s) to a post-event meal.

Remember to save all receipts and to adhere to the UCLA meal limits for reimbursement:

  1. Breakfast $26
  2. Lunch $38
  3. Dinner $64
  4. Light Refreshments $17

You will need to keep a list of all meal attendees to submit with your receipt. Receipts and an approved PAC order should be sent to Accounts Payable for processing.
