Chanoma Film FestivalFeaturing the Films of Junichi Suzuki Friday, October 17, 2003In chanoma Film Festival, three of Junichi Suzuki's works focusing on family issues, which is rarely seen these days not only in Jpan but also in the U.S., are being shown through out the week. We hope that the movies will allow audiences to learn and understand more about Japan and the families that make up this small, yet unique, island country. We would also like audiences who come to this event to re-think more deeply about what's a family to them, a topic that many seem to take it for granted in today's society filled with materialism and distrust. Education and by many other organizations. Everyone regardless of age, sex, culture, and education level will enjoy these movies that are filled with laughter, tears, and plenty of touching moments. |
