Paulinho da Viola – Meu Tempo é hoje, directed by Izabel Jaguaribe, is a documentary about one of Brazil’s greatest modern samba composers. Viewers will have the opportunity to observe Paulinho da Viola’s life style, meet his friends, learn about his musical influences and hear his reflections about his work.
The film includes memorable scenes with Marina Lima, Elton Medeiros, Zeca Pagodinho, and Marisa Monte.
